1. Provide shelters to homeless people who live on the pavements.
2. Provide pure drinking water, toilet and bathrooms in such shelters.
3. Provide food at subsidised prices.
4. Tax the rich, confiscate the properties of defaulters, auction the same , put the proceeds to the welfare fund for the poor.
5. Make education up to 12th compulsory.

7. In case of any community clashes, the perpetrators of both community will be put in prison under Goondas' act. Their release will only depend upon their mastering their own religious books. Like Hindus will write an exam on Bagavat Gita and Muslims on holy Quran.
8. All those molesters and rapists caught in the act or suspected ones will be chemically castrated.
9. Any body caught drunk and found to be a threar to social peace will be jailed for one year with gruel to eat and water to drink. They will work on lands as labourers for one year.
10. Any body above age 60 found to have been not cared for by their children have to accommodate them in their respective houses, failing which they will undergo an RI of six months.
