if you get trapped in a collapsed building during earthquakes how can you protect yourself ????????​

If I am collapsed in a building during a earth quake occurs:

1. I will try to get a shelter under a table and stay there till the shaking stops.
2. I'll make myself to stay away from all the tall and heavy objects which surrounds me and will fall on me. (Note: This can cause heavy injury)
3. If I am on Bed, I'll not get up and I'll immediately protect my head with pillows. (Note: It is safer to cover your body with other object which will fall on my body.)
4. I will not get out of the house and stay there. As tremors cause much damage.
