If you had a device that could record the temperature of a room continuously over a 24-

hour period, would you expect the graph of temperature versus time to be a continuous

(unbroken) curve? Explain your reasoning.

The room temperature is normally maintained at 25 degrees centigrade.

Assuming that room is not having any temperature control, (like Air condition etc)

The room temperature recorded normally a continuous graph over 24 hour time on X - axis and Y Axis having temperature recorded.

It may be slightly low in the morning from 00:00AM till 6AM, then increase to 25 degrees till 6:00PM and then go down by 12:00PM.

This is definitely a continuous graph and a definite sine wave.
