if you have a chance to become a doctor which hospital you will be public or private why

I choose private because in public hospital there are many doctors which can't doing work but they paid full salary but in private there all doctors are doing work

public bcz by its we can help others helpless and poor person.... which can't attend any private. hospitals.... and that should not proper treatment....
