If you have a question with a picture how can you put the picture in the question?

when you are creating the question, or asking the question, there are three small buttons active.... Pi symbol, Omega symbol and a safety pin symbol (like palm of a hand)... Click on this symbol --- to attach documents of any kind...
so first store the image or picture in a file... Then upload it by clicking on the safety pin symbol..
