Either you have to make a made up story on how you had helped the poor, anyways here is my story:

When I had been living in Chennai, I was 7 years old and had a lot of toys. I had donated it to charity (orphanage). SO, a girl in the orphanage was 2 or 3 years old she had been in an accident and lost her hands and legs. There was only one palm which she had. She was excited when she drank milk as there is only something small she could hold. That image as a child did not make any sense to me. It was a life altering experience.
