if you have invented a time machine which period will u go to and if the king of that time offers u to change one thing in the administration what would that be​

if ive been invented a time machine then i would been want to go in the time of ancient period where there is the king asoka was there.....i want to change the policy about women ....by which they can also represent their views about society.....and want to give basic education to every person by which they can live a life more gracefully.....
