if you have saw someone abusing an animal what would you do

I will kindly tell him not to do as animals are our friends . Yes they can not speak in our language , it means not that, we abuse them . We all should must keep friendly behaviour with all animals.

if I have saw someone abusing an animal especially dogs I will complain to police. we have No rights to kill animals or do something with animals.. yes... we know they don't speck but this is No right things to do with them... I should suggest everyone..if someone abuse an animal Plzz do complain with someone... I love animals and we should love them.. ♥
