it's all about resonance effect.
cyclopropyl methyl carbocation has got many stable resonance structures and has an unique property to form conjugates and there is always a pseudo or unreal double bond which behaves like a normal double bond and this property makes it easier to undergo more and more resonance. As a result the compound itself becomes very stable.
