The answer to this question is simple. Well let's see what's the answer.
The answer is => Choices

Why the answer is choice?
When we have three choices we can choose any of the three choices.
When we have two choics we can choose any of the two choices.
But,when we have only one choice we have no way to seek other choics and we have to select that one choice only . It make us in the state of restraint.

Hope it helps!
