Given details:

Work done in lifting a box = 10J = 10 Nm

Force imparted on box = 10 N

Solution:

We know that, Force along a given distance is nothing but the work done.

So, Height (Distance) = Work done / Force

Therefore, Distance = 10 /10 = 1 meter

So, the shelf is 1 m high.

Hope it helps.
