Answer:

I will talk to the restaurant owner about the issue and make him aware of the Indian constitution which forbids forced labour or child labour and is a crime.

Answer:

First thing you need to do is, go and talk to the kid personally. Try to find out what is the reason behind him working there, whether he is being forced to work (this will come under child exploitation or forced labour and is a crime) or he is trying to support his family.

Now, if he is being forced to work these are some things you can do:

1. Record the instance while the child is working. This will be a proof so that you don't get into any trouble under false reporting.

2. Try to talk to the restaurant owner about the issue and make him aware of the Indian constitution which forbids forced labour or child labour and is a crime.

3. If he/she (the owner) is not ready to understand you should contact the Child line India Foundation on the Tollfree no: 1098. You might also want to contact the emergency agency in your area/city.

4. Fight for the child by law and order. Donot act by using violence.

I hope it's helpful
