if you see that your friend that caged the birds and he is not treating them properly what would you suggest

He should suggest that he should fly the birds away or if he can't treat the birds properly then hr can give the birds to someone else.....

I SUGGEST MY FRIEND THAT HE SHOULD TREAT HIM PROPERLY OR OTHERWISE HE SHOULD FREE THE BIRD FORM HIS CAGE BUT THE BEST WAY HE SHOULD LEAVE THE BIRD AS BIRD HAS RIGHT TO LIVE THEIR OWN LIFE INDEPENDENTLY
