Let r_{a}, r_{b} be radius of A & B respectively

Given S.A of B is 300% greater then S.A of A

4\pi r\frac{2}{b} = 4 x 4\pi r \frac{2}{a}

r_{b} = 2r_{a}

Volume of A (v_{a}) = \frac{4}{3}\pi  r\frac{3}{a}

Volume of B (v_{b}) = \frac{4}{3}  \pi (rb)^{2} = \frac{4}{3}  \pi (2r_{a} )^{3} = 8 x \frac{4}{3}  \pi \frac{3}{a}

v_{b}  = 8v_{a}

∴ Volume of A is 87.5% lower than B
