Anyone will be amazed by watching the sun rising from the east because Venus rotates on its axis clock-wise and other planets rotates Anti Clock-Wise. That's why we see sun rising from the west but at Venus we will see it rising from the east.

Venus spins in the opposite direction from most other planets, including Earth, so that on Venus the sun rises in the west.
