If you touch and electric wire carrying current you get shock but if on the same where the birds seat they do not get any shop explain why

its easy u wont get shock as well if u touch the wire as the insulated coating above it wont let the current flow to your hands
that is why birds dont get shocked

It is so because we usually touch the front of an electric wire and get a shock as we are conductors of electricity and are in the earth's contact as well whereas the birds do not get any kind of electric shock because they do sit in contact with copper wires directly. Their legs are in contact with the insulators with which the copper wires are covered.
