The rate for 6 successive kilometres=(rate for 26km-rate for 20km)
=Rs(48.50-37.70)
=Rs 10.80
So,rate for each successive km=Rs 10.80÷6
=Rs 1.80
First km rate=Rs 37.70-(1.80×19)
=Rs 37.70-34.20
=Rs 3.50
