because here in our hand the oil decreases the friction n act as lubrication so the glass slips from hand due to decrease in friction.

because the glass is itself a polished surface and it have very less friction so when we hold a glass with our normal hand the friction of our hands is used in holding the glass but as oil reduces the friction of our hand the friction become too less for us to hold a glass so it slips
