Delegation remains one of my biggest challenges.

When a team member requests a new document, and I give it to her, I expect her to use that new document instead of an old version. When I hire a person to create something for me, I expect not to spend my time redoing half of the work. And I expect the expert that I hired to review a book contract not to keep me waiting for two weeks.
