If you want to loose Weight, And you want to Go for walk but due to some or other reason , You can't go outside and Walk only in Home without stopping for hours , Will this help To reduce weight?

Weight can be lose only by doing physical work.... at least 2 hrs daily.... walking in any area help you to reduce your weight...
