If you want to say something that does not go with the main idea of your essay, you should A. write a special paragraph that tells the reader you are taking a detour for a moment. B. leave it out. C. enclose the unrelated sentence or paragraph in parentheses so the reader knows it's a side topic. D. find a way to work it into your conclusion.

As an English student I'll prefer you to choose the option D which is to make it in the conclusion.
Or the best one omprakas my own experience I would try to write in the paragraph whose meaning is little bit also related to the sentence.
