definetely the pointed heels will exert more pressure because smaller the area larger the pressure excerted

ANSWER:

If a person wears heels and walks around and another person wears flats and walks around then the person wearing the heels is exerting more pressure on the ground as compared to both.

EXPLANATION:

We know the formula to calculate the pressure that is p = (f/a)  

Where

p = pressure,

f = applied force,

a = area.

Hence, when a person wearing heels walks around exerts more pressure on the ground as the area for the pressure exerted  is very small so pressure would be automatically more while the person wearing flats would have a lot of area covering the ground hence the pressure exerted is very less.
