Because trends change very frequently and consumers want something new, altered and fresh product which would less complicated and less time consuming if we come up with something unique now and then then it will pique their interest

I think employing youth can bring innovation to a certain extent because the young blood is always curious and open to new ideas and challenges and they can easily adapt to the change
