As cheesy as it may sound, I believe in “no regrets". I believe that whether the outcome is good or bad, you still gain something from it. Whether it be experience, a lesson, or it brought you where you are now. One single second of a change in your history could alter your whole life and you don't even know it. And “what ifs" can easily take you down a rabbit hole

• If I was Aeriel, I would have accommodated what Tara had instructed to keep her things tidy way because we should accommodate for being generous, for being obeying person, or for yielding.

• Tara should have avoided Aerial's mistake and addressed her concern for once by saying "I am giving the last warning. Keep everything in place". If the person with whom one is having conflict will only be working in their office, one may anticipate a conflict to be temporary and prefer to avoid it and expect that it will decipher itself.

• Yes, something could have been done to prevent such misunderstandings by not keeping any competent style where they both were concerned with losing and winning. Competing has been correlated to aggression, even though the two are not always in pair.
