If you were asked to make a constitution for your school what are the things you will take care of?

The constitution for the school:

In school, the main focus is on students and their teachers so i will take care of rights and duties of the students and teachers in school while they are taking education. So in the constitution, I would like to add:

Rights of student

• Right to learn the subjects as per their interest.
• Right to represent their views on a particular topic in their class.
• Right to participate in the field of their interest and learn to excel in them.

Duties of student

• It is compulsory for all students to follow all the rules and regulations of the school and always be in discipline.
• It is the duty of every student to behave politely with other and respect their teacher.

Rights of Teachers

• Right to choose their subject to teach the students and can demand his charge of it as of his interest.
• Right to represent his difficulties while having classes with students.
• Right to teach the students in the way they want not according to the generalized way by the board.

Duties of teachers

• It is compulsory for all teachers to be punctual and disciplined when they are in the school as that affects the students.
• It is the duty of a teacher to examine each and every student precisely and work on him to make him better.
• It is the duty of the teacher not to humiliate the child for his mistake in front of others it can depress the child and praise for his achievements to encourage him.
