Explanation:

• The HDI index is used to find out the levels of human development in the country. It makes the use of life expectancy, living standards, and educational attainment.  

• Along with the per capita income. A country will scope high HDI ranking in terms of high education, living standards, and income.

• In order to make a new HDI, I would consider including gender and gross national well being also.
