If you were going to connect two light bulbs to one battery, would you use a series or a parallel arrangement? why? which arrangement takes more current from the battery?

we use parallel arrangement so that equal voltage is supplied to both.
series arrangements takes more current from battery because in series arrangements ,resistance is the sum of both resistor due to high resistance ,more current is needed

I would use a parallel arrangement as in series if one bulb defects then the other cannot get the required current.also i would save the current. Also series circuit will have high resistance .
