Hey mate !!

Here is ur Answer ⤵️

I would abolish all exams in elementary schools and definitely no entrance exams for pre-school kids. Before reading and writing the natural abilities of kids such as mimicking adults in their playful manner should be encouraged. Children are natural team players. There should be plenty of indoor and outdoor games which make children exercise their natural curiosity. In my childhood days there used to be many occasions for dramas where children act and play real characters from the past. All of us would be thrilled to take part. We ourselves use to choose which of us play what roles even though the teachers are sometimes required to arbitrate and settle disputes. (Even these are sometimes better handled by kids themselves). This would be a natural way to learn history personal communication and leadership roles .Teachers can help in designing the costumes, the stage settings for what it used to be like during the period the real events took place. As far as arithmetic is concerned the children should first be taught to count real objects like the number of chocolates in a box and then decide how much each should have and how many more are required if each want one or two more. This is a good way to learn addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.Today there is no need to memorize multiplication tables but there is a definite need to know what multiplication means. There would be less of classrooms and more of makeshift laboratories where children learn by actual experience. These need not be very expensive and many of the apparatus can be constructed by the students themselves. Inexpensive teaching aids have been designed centuries ago, but rarely used because they do not guarantee high examination scores. I visited the NITTR (then called TTTI, Taramani, Chennai) immediately after joining the teaching profession(1995) and was amazed by the activities there. They appeared to have had generous funding and dedicated researchers. A lot of research have already been done long ago by people like Maria Montessori to make the school an interesting place and the teachers more friendly than dreadful. Unfortunately during those periods there was a lot of fighting and young soldiers were required to fight and probably die for God knows what, until their parents and grandparents decide when to stop this folly. So the traditional schools came into being and discipline rather than creativity was the primary goal. Even today such schools exist and we can get rid of wars only when they vanish. Today discipline can be left to robots and creativity can be the objective of education. If we have to fight, the sophisticated way would be through brainpower(used in a broad sense) instead of muscle power and that is what schools should equip students with.

Hope it helps you ✔️
