If you were made the health minister of your state how would you implement the swach bharat scheme?

I will spread awareness about the scream . make dustbin near parks . make toilets in villages as for good sanitary system

hey friends
if i would be the health minister of my state then i would implement many good features for swachh Bharat scheme .
i would make awareness of it through the help of posters,magazine,radio,television,mobile phone etc..
it is really a good scheme for the betterment  of our country.
providing dust bins all over the road,making public wash rooms etc are also good ideas ...
