If you were made the Sarpach of gram panchayat? What would be your responsibilities towards your area

if I became the sarpanch of gram panchayat my responsibilities would be -

1) to be honest and trustworthy to my people

2) keeping an close eye on my area and work for its development

3) ensuring smooth movement of gram sabha
