The third spirit (the ghost of the Christmas yet to come) would have made the most significant impact to me. This is because the third spirit took Scrooge to the graveyard to show him that nothing and nobody will remain with him after his death except his goods deeds which he did while being alive. This thought provoked Scrooge to take up good deeds for the rest of his life and thus, had the most significant impact on the life of Scrooge.
