If you were the Prime Minister of India what steps did you take to make India clean in 150 words

If I were india's prime minister i will take all the possible ways to improve our country.i will order some people to clean the places without shouting to other's when there cleaning I will give them a best salary for there work.I will put a strict rule which all the citizens of india must follow.I will and tell others to plant more trees,plants,herbs,shrubs everything.our india should be a evergreen country. and I will make india as a developed country like other country.Even I use to help people and India like  If i saw any rubblish in the floor I will throw in the dust  bin.Mainly I will provide more and more dustbin.And also I will divide the dustbin into 2 .1st dustbin is for only vegetable and fruits peels or fruits.2nd is for plastic bags ,tins,plastics items.
