if i will be the prime minister first i will aware my citizen by advertisemen or by posters in the place where it will garbage. secondly i will put everywher dustbin because according to me most people throw garbage or any plactics container here and there because first they will search a dustbin in their surroundig and when the not get a dustnin they simply throw it on the ground. so gor this problem i will put dustbin everywhere. I will modify my country's municipal corporation and council very strict and aware as more than my citizen of india.
