If you were traveling at 65 mph for 3.5 hours, then how many total miles have you traveled?

total distance = speed x time

no of miles traveled= 65 x 3.5

                                  =177.5

speed =  \frac{distance}{time}
then,

distance = speed \times time
Putting the values from the question

distance = 65 \times 3.5
distance = 227.5 \: miles
Hence, the person travelled 227.5 miles while traveling at 65 mph for 3.5 hours.
