Yes, I will let them play and experience street games because:

1. Physical fitness- Street games often involve physical activities like running around. Children need to get sufficient physical activity to develop into healthy human beings.

2. Greater adaptability- Playing outdoors with other children improves the adaptability of children. They learn how to socially mix up with children from different backgrounds. Children will also learn to be a part of the neighbourhood, and not exist as individuals behind closed doors.

3. Off the screen- Today most children are stuck to the screen. They are almost addicted to phones, laptops and TVs. This is extremely bad for their health, especially eyesight, posture and muscle strength. Street games will keep them involved and off the screen.

All these reasons make it evident that street games are very beneficial for children.

The answer is yes..!!

If I was having a children I would have definitely allowed him to play and experience street games because there are uncountable benifits.

As we all know that, India is the only country in the world where street games are prevalent and are played commonly in every city and village.

But nowadays the importance of those games are steadily decreasing due to modernisation. Children are just involved in playing games on mobiles and had forgotten those street games.

Let's head up to the topic again.

( i ) Reduction of screen time.

Mobiles had not only provided us comfort always but its also harmfull. Especially, for children as they are always indulged in mobiles. And this thing is causing many eye problems. Therefore, if I was having a child I would have let him to play and experience street games.

( ii ) Physical movement.

Besides mobiles not only causes eye problems but also it harms in many other ways too. If children are always indulged in mobiles this would make them sluggish and unhealthy, as there would be no physical activity which would make them move.

( iii ) Being friendly.

If children are allowed to play street games, they would make many friends and would be able to interact with them.
