"if you will keep your Air Conditioner (AC) at lower temperature, then it will consume more electricity" but it is proved by electricians, engineers that it's just a myth and the AC will consume 26% less electricity when it is at low temperature.

so, dear don't believe on this myth.

Maintain an ideal AC thermostat setting: For each degree set above 22 degrees c the AC uses 3 to 4 percent less power. The thermostat set at a temperature of 25-26 degrees c during summer should be comfortable. Lesser the difference between outdoor and indoor temperature lower would be the energy consumed by the AC.
