If your class monitor is in charge of checking students for proper school uniform and often penalises that they when they are at fault.However often wears different types of socks and belts instead of the ones which are part of the school unifor

I would talk to the monitor and make him realize about his mistake. I would advise him that he must first set an example by being disciplined so that the rest of the students will respect him and will wear proper uniform.
