if your house is clean but neighbourhood is not clean then can you be healthy if not then why

We obviously can't be healthy as neighborhood is so close to us if it will be dirty how can we be healthy and also if we are going to there home Aur they are coming to our home there will be germs in both the cases which causes diseases.....
