Answer:

[3/5 +i(-4/5)]

Step-by-step explanation:

Z1=(1+3i) &Z2=3+i

now Z1/Z2

(1+3i)/(3+i)

taking conjugate

[(1+3i)(3-i)]/[(3+i)(3-i)]

(3-i+9i-3i²)/(9-i²)

we know i²= -1

{3-i+9i-3(-1)}/{9-(-1)}

{3-8i+3}/(10)

(6-8i)/(10)

now in (a+ib) form

[6/10 +i(-8/10)]

[3/5+i(-4/5)]
