Answer:

A = 5

sum of zeroes = 4

A+B = 4

5+B = 4

B = 4-5

B = -1

quadratic equation

= x²-(A+B)x+AB

= x²-(5-1)x+5×-1

= x²-4x-5

hope it helps you........

let the quadratic equation be ax²+bx+c

on addition of zeroes

-2+4= 2 =b/a

product of zeroes

-2×4=-8=c/a

therefore a=1

b=2

c=-8

hence the polynomial is x²+2x-8
