If zero was invented by Aryabhatta then how can we say that Kauravas were 100 in number and Ravana had 10 heads ??????​

Answer:

Aryabhatta invented zero that means he thought that some number like zero exists and one can represent Ten as Symbol of one as ten digit and Symbol of zero as unit digit. This was firstly added in Bakhshali Manuscript and then it was added in other Lipis.

numbers like 10 were already there before the invention of 0 but aryabhatta thought of inventing a seprate no. for the term '0'

In ancient times there was no 0 that's why in many movies and shows we can notice that everything starts from 1 .

In case of 10 and 100 same reason is applied.

Actually people of that time knows the numbers from 1 but they don't know that there are more numbers before 1.

Then aryabhatt proposed 0 and then the discovery of Integers, Decimal took place.
