let the zeroes of the polynomial be 'a' and 'b'

from the given condition,

a/b=3/2

a+b/a-b=3+2/3-2... using componendo-dividendo

a+b/a-b=5/1

a+b =5(a-b)

k=5(k^2-24)

k=5k^2-120

5k^2-k-120=0

5k^2-25k+24k-120=0

5k(k-5)+24(k-5)=0

(5k-24) or (k-5) =0

k=24/5 or k=5 are the values of k
