sum of the roots =-(-6)

a-b+a+a+b=6

3a=6

a=2

product of the roots =-1

(a-b)(a)(a+b)=-1

(a²-b²)(a)=-1

(2²-b²)(2)=-1

(4-b²)=-1/2

4+1/2=b²

9/2=b²

b=3/√2
