Start numbering with 1 to 26 from Z to A.

Then

Z= 1

I = 18

P = 11

A = 26

V = 5

so zip = z+i+p= 1+18+11=30

zap= z+a+p= 1+ 26+11 = 38

vip= v+i+p= 5+18+11= 34

Answer is 34.
