Given

5/x+6 y = 13

3/x + 4 y = 7

Let 1/x = t

5 t + 6 y = 13.......i

3 t + 4 y = 7............ii

multiply with 3 in equation i and 5 in equation ii

15 t + 18 y = 39

15 t + 20 y = 35

on solving you can get the value of t and y

x = 1/t
