A+B=-b/a=-5 (1)
AB=c/a=-10 (2)
Now as e know that (a+b)^2=a^2+b^2+2ab
Hence
(A+B)^2=A^2+B^2+2AB
now from 1 and 2
(-5)^2=A^2+B^2+2(-10)
25+20=A^2+B^2
45=A^2+B^2
