IfA:B = 3:4, B:C = 8:10 then find A:B:C.​

Answer:

given A:B=3:4

B:C=8:10

now, we ll find A,B,C respectively and then calculate the ratio

A=3x8=24

now for calculating B we ll take B’s share in A:B i.e. 4 instead of 3 and rest remains the same

B=4*8=32

similarly for c

C=4*10=40

so A:B:C=6:8:10(dividing all by 4)

thats the answer …this is simple ratio and proportion logic and will help in each variety of these questions.

A:B=3:4=(3x2):(4x2)=6:8

B:C=8:10

A:B:C=6:8:10

As consequent of the first ratio is equal to the antecedent of second ratio.
