Let the B's income be 100.

Then, A's income = 100 + 60% of 100

= 100 + 60/100 × 100

= Rs. 160

Change in income = 160-100 = Rs. 60

Change % = change/original value × 100

= 60/100× 100

= 60%

Hence, B's income is 60% less than A.
