Ifx=7+√40 find the value of √x+1/√x

Answer:

X=7+v40 then vx=v5+v2

1/vx=1/(v5+v2)=(v5-v2)/3

Vx+1/vx=v5+v2+(v5-v2)/3=(4v5+2v2)/3

=2/3(2v5+v2)
