IGNEOUS ROCKS AND SEDIMENTARY ROCKS

When volcanic activity takes place and an eruption occured has pushing molten rocks called magma to the outside ,the hot molten magma may cool and solidify due to low temperatures and pressure .when molten rocks cool they solidify and form rocks known as the igneous rocks .

Years later this igneous rocks can undergo different processes due to the prevailing conditions in the atmosphere .they can integrate into pieces or sediments .then erosion takes place sweeping the sediments and pilling it up at one point .they then solidify and form a new rock known as sedimentary rock
